If you get your child(ren) pierced here make sure you have everything you purchased in the bag when you leave! We went to get both my young daughters their ears pierced here on May 26th. This was a reward for my girls to have completed preschool & kindergarten and doing amazing all year in school. We live about an hour away so I made sure we booked appointments and scheduled the day off of work so we didn’t make this trip for nothing. We had a girl that was training do both my daughters piercings. Both are crooked btw so we now had to take them out and will be going to professionals to get them redone. Which that isn’t even the main problem here but it’s still a big problem. We paid extra for the “heal your piercing in 3 weeks” cleaning solution and did not receive it in our bags when we left. I didn’t notice it until we were already home. An hour away. I called them right away and the manager said just pop back over to get it before she leaves today. I told her we live an hour away and can’t just come back today. I wasn’t making another 2 hour trip to pick up the items that should have been in the bag to begin with. I was told to go to the closest Clair’s to me and they would give me the solution for free. I told her they were the closest which is why we went there in the first place. I then asked if they could ship the items to me and I would pay the postage. I was told no. We went back and forth until I asked for corporates phone number. I called corporate 3 times and left 3 voicemails and have yet to hear from them. If I could leave zero stars I would. Skip the place that lets people pierce someone after only doing 2 piercings and go to a tattoo shop or a piercing parlor. We learned our lesson and will...

Visited the other day with my daughter to get her ears pierced not too long ago. Since it was her first time getting it done she was very nervous and scared but a young blonde girl Vera I believe, did a great job connecting with my daughter to ensure everything was alright, She was with her the whole time and tried her best to distract her from the procedure. Additionally, the work was accomplished with skill and professionalism throughout the duration of the project, and helped my daughter find what she wanted afterwards and provided great recommendations. Store Manager Amber and Store Associate Pre were AMAZING.. I had to get my cartilage redone as another location had it crooked.. they were very accommodating, listened to my concerns, and worked together to ensure I had an unforgettable and great experience. By far the best experience I have ever had at any Claires store. Would definitely get any ear piercings done by only either of them in the future. Pre was the one who did my piercing, and was understanding when I requested a second opinion from Amber about the mark Pre made. I didn't want to have to go through needing it redone again.
