I bought my Dad a Rhys Hoskins Phillies jersey here around Christmas. I bought a medium and needed to exchange it for a large. I went in today at 6pm. I was one of only a couple in the store. I figured since I was there I would get an Eagles T-Shirt for my fiance and myself. I grabbed two, and went to the counter to purchase them and exchange the jersey. Two girls who worked there, on the right register (one on each side of the counter) were looking at one of the girls cell phones and gave me a look when I walked up. They instructed another girl to help. She came up to me and I said "I need to buy this and exchange this" and she responded "I don't know how to do that." I asked for someone that did and another girl came over. When I said I wanted to exchange the jersey, a girl on my side of the counter finally looked up from her phone and said "You'll have to meet someone over there to help you get the right size." Keep in mind, it's maybe 20 feet away. But this girl wasn't moving. I walk over and another girl comes over, takes down the last Hoskins jersey up there and goes "It's XXL." So I walk back up to the counter, and tell the girl who told me to go over there. I asked her if she could order it for me since they didn't have it. "We can't order things to the store." I asked why they couldn't just order it off their website. She said they did not sell Baseball Jersey's online. I said "Then just give me my money back." She said I could only get store credit. At this point I was furious and said "Can you PLEASE check to see if you actually sell these jersey's online. " Another girl did (because this girl was not budging from looking at her phone) and said "we're out of stock." At this point, I just wanted to leave. I asked for the store credit and will never return. I've been to the store in Willow Grove, PA many times and they are fantastic there and that is where I plan to use the credit.    Read moreI was looking for a 3 x 5 Eagles flag. There were a few to choose from but all the packages I was looking at were hanging banners and not flags from a pole. All the packages of the falg I was looking for did not indicate that it was on one side or two. The other banner flags indicated what it was. I asked the man, who was very nice and helpful, asked which flag I was interested in and opened the package to make sure it was a two sided flag which is want I wanted. It ended up that all the flags that hang from a pole are all two sided. You would seem to think the packaging would indicate that so the package would not hae to be breached. Bottom line, I ended up buying my flag and am completely satisfied with my purchace and the excellent service I receicved from this employee, He may have been the manager but nothing indicated that from what I saw. He was a more mature Black man and went above and beyond his duty to make sure I was satisfide with my purhase before I made it. I thank him for going the extra step to ensure I, the customer, was satisfied before making the transaction. I'm sorry I didnt get his name or I would have included it in this review. He definitely knows "customer service" and how to use it. Without him making the decision to make sure the flag was two sided, I would not have made the purchase.
