Thomas Wynne is a very appealing place to live and I have been here for almost five years now. The apartments are spacious, with great natural light, clean, well maintained. Utilities all work well. Heating and air conditioning are generous. Grounds are beautiful and well kept and landscaping improves each year. Management is exceptional! The leasing manager, Kathryn, does an awesome job of responding to concerns quickly, graciously, and effectively. Maintenance and Housekeeping teams are also outstanding-- very capable, thorough, kind, and reliable! Neighbors are pleasant and there are very enjoyable social and community holiday and seasonal events. The premises are also now smoke free, another plus! I feel very safe in this community and I have peace of mind knowing that any issues are rapidly and successfully resolved by management. Thomas Wynne Apartments is a very attractive place to live. Both management and maintenance staff are outstanding with prompt and thorough responses to issues or problems. They truly care about the well being of their residents. Apartments are genuinely spacious, bright, with picture windows. Neighbors tend to be very pleasant, friendly and courteous. The environment is well kept, with appealing landscaping as well. Only drawback? no in unit washer/dryers because the plumbing system is too old to sustain that sort of water volume. There are laundry rooms in the basements. I am enjoying my cheerful apartment, lovely views of the wooded estate next door, and the reassurance that staff will always respond readily and graciously to any concerns or requests I may have. Packages are delivered right to one's apartment door, a very nice convenience. Heating is more than sufficient in winter and window air conditioners work very well. We lived in these apartments for several months while searching for a home to buy in the area. The building, while a bit older, has everything you could want at the best price we found.

Don't be fooled by lower rates that you see elsewhere, Thomas Wynnewood includes ALL utilities including AC Heat, and their spacious outdoor parking is free of charge (many other places we looked charged us $100/mo for a spot). When you consider all-in cost, they're the best around.

Kathryn the property manager is very sweet and responsive and helpful throughout our time there. There will be maintenance requests that arise, but they were ALL handled within 24 hours, which I found super impressive based on comparison with other apartments I've lived in.

The location is FANTASTIC, right near a park for kids and within walking distance of the Wynnewood train stop (on a private trail no less), that also takes you to the nearby mall and Giant. You really don't need a car if you commute from here.

I'd recommend without hesitation anyone looking into a short (they do 3 month leases!) or long-term lease to at least visit this property. It's a gem for...

I moved into Thomas Wynne and it couldn't have been easier. They gave me the number of Havertown movers and they gave me a discount because HM loves Thomas Wynne. The maintenance staff is so fast, I was so surprised to see one of the guys five minutes after I called them to fix one of my lightbulbs. Harry was kind enough to help me install a chandelier and fix one of my outlets. The apartment walls are made of concrete and each apartment has an AC unit so you cannot hear anything your neighbor is doing next door! All utilities are included in rent so you don't have to worry about any hidden fees! The customer service is phenomenal - Brigid made sure that my apartment was move in ready and Kathryn explained all the one time fees so clearly; they each answered my questions with great detail and were generous enough to call me if I had other questions before moving.
