On Friday, February 16, 2018 I made a trip to this store. Was the only customer at the time at 11:20 am when I walked in. There were NO CLERKS disable anywhere in the store.
I made a trip to this particular store to buy about $400.00 worth of computer, and related items. After standing by the items I wanted to purchase I began looking for someone to assist me because the items I wanted were under lock and key.
I finally say a clerk and tried to get his attention. After having to almost yell at him he was making a bee line to the front and told me "He could NOT help me he had to go up front".
There were 3 or 4 clerks at the front at the registers so all customers were being helped at the front. Needless to say this statement by a "Sales Clerk", he could not help me was not the response I expected or would accept.
I told him as I left the store he just lost a sale. And I can tell you that I will NEVER SHOP AT THAT STORE AGAIN. If a sales clerk can not assist a customer who wanted to buy from that store can not do his job then that store does not need my business and will not get any of my money at any point in time and will not recommend this store to ANYONE I know.
Too bad, i did initially choose that store over Best Buy, Wal-Mart or any other store. What a mistake on...

For you to tote a name with 'office' in it, you guys are run more like 'Garbage Depot'
After 30 minutes of needing help and not being able to get any, I just decided to go somewhere else. I am not sure where the managerial problem is originating, but both the managers, and lazy employees should no longer be employees.
To be such a large establishment I assumed that employees are properly trained on how to deliver good or even okay customer service, but that is not the case.
Continue at this rate and you guys will have to close along with all the other office supply companies you guys undercut and put out of business.
At this point I am fine with paying higher prices at other stores because they have actual custom service. If Office Depot is trying to convert to a self-service only foundation you guys should just go ahead and close all B&M stores and go full online because you won't be getting any clients (ever) from the in-person customer service you guys offer.

I have always wondered why your store is always slow in business. Wondered why not more people love it as much as I do... well tonight I figured out why . My son needed a desk for his online schooling and every single Desk he liked from your floor model selection was unavailable. And they blamed Covid for not having or knowing when more would arrive . I ask to buy the floor model, no or I don't know is the only response on everything. Now I realize why this store is always so neat and visually in stock of items because y'all don't want to sell anything in the first place . Very unhappy...
