BoxDrop Lufkin is a hidden treasure. My wife and I stopped there first in our mattress hunt and found a great mattress, how ever like most we continued shopping. NOTHING compared to what BoxDrop was offering, the price, and the turn around time to have it in our home. I know these purchases are suppose to be every 8 or so years, but we will be back. The store is nice, clean and well inventoried and has something for every budget. The owner, the delivery driver had some of the best customer service we could ask for in our small town and you wont be disappointed. From shopping day to delivery was about a week as the mattress we wanted was on order and not yet in store for pickup however once it was brought on the truck it was delivered the next day! We have had the best nights sleep in years and we owe that to the service, knowledge and selection that BoxDrop had to offer. I wanted a few weeks to write this review, but we are so happy! I was in the market for a new bed. I happened to see the advertisement for Dropbox. When I finally made it out there, I was pleased with the attention I received. These are some of the nicest people to do business with. They are straight forward. One of the things I found to be a strength here was that when being shown the mattresses I was like oh no not that one. LaDonna said um no you actually have to lay down on it or you won't get the full effect. So I did. She was right it was so comfortable.. She and Scott both know their business. Freindly, knowledgedable, and amazing staff. Answered any and all questions I had. Pointed me in the direction I was looking for, ans provided me a AMAZING memory foam mattress for a even more amazing price. No credit, bad credit, no problem the system they use if you cant afford the whole the upfront uses your job as your credit. 50$ to them, and 25$ to the service they use and I walked out the door with my new mattress.
