Absolutely loved Layered floors!!...we went to four other carpet stores in the surrounding areas to have new carpet done in our new home and get pricing and product information There are no words to describe the level of professionalism, kindness, promptness and customer service and communication we received from Meagan and Richard at Layered floors in Lufkin it was phenomenal!!! No question we knew right away who we were gonna go with. Most pleasant and easiest experience with a flooring company I've had in all my years and in the last two years alone we have remodeled and bought two different homes it's been crazy but they've been the easiest out of all the companies on each spectrum to deal with. Going above and beyond to help your every need and such sweet sweet people. They did a exceptional job on our new carpet and beat the price of all their competitors we priced out. Also had the job scheduled and done very quickly. Meagan and Richard we're my two sales reps and my entire experience was with them two the entire time their the absolute best and sweetest to work with thank y'all so so much for making this experience our best so far!! We recently built a new home, which was a first time experience for us! Meagan Larsen worked with me to choose finishes! She was amazing and came out to the building site several times to help me.
