Whataburger — Restaurant in Lufkin

Ok so i eat here often since by the time everyone gets off work only things opened are whataburger, McDonald's and taco bell , and in the past no problems but the last 2 times i have been there they have messed up my orders , the first order they messed up because the 3 pancake platters i ordered from them had hair in the pancakes , i had called them instantly after finding the hairs the manager said he would take my name down and i could come back and replace them i couldnt come back that night and asked the manager if i could get them another day and he said as long as i come back within 30 days yes i came back the next week to pick them up and they refused to replace them even after the manager had said he was going to so since they was rude and not helpful i went to another restaurant for dinner , the next time i came to the store i guess they remembered me since i am a regular night time customer and we order alot of stuff and i guess to spite us they decied to be cute and load all 6 of the taquitos with jalapenos , burnt my grandmothers eggs on her breakfast platter thing, and gave us cold french fries , i usally dont post stuff on this review section but i have a special needs child and i dont appreciate them burning her mouth if they have a problem with me they can tell me without ruining my meal or harming my innocent child of all people i paid for my family of 6 too eat there and i am not trying to get free food either i just think its rude and ridiculous that they would scoop soo low . They dont know our allergies and if my kid wouldve ended up in a hospital whataburger would've gotten the bill. If you dont like ur job than quit i cant help it that whoever made the pancakes that night choose not to wear a hair net , theres no excuse for their behavior, i dont order the pancakes anymore since that happend and now i am worried what will they spike our next order...

For starters, we have been eating at this place often and for years. To say we're regulars is an understatement. This past Sunday my wife and I had a "coupon " for a free burger with the purchase of drink and fries. Easy enough, they have been doing this for a while and pretty much every receipt has a survey. Long story short, I ordered 3 meals, one of which should have been this promotion. The cashier didn't know what to do with it and got help, smart young lady. The assistance wasn't too good though. When it was all said and done, I paid 78.00 for four meals, not three after having the ticket "fixed"! Be careful if you want to use one of these "free" burger coupons, it may really cost you!!! Don't recommend this location, they apparently do not train any one for these very common situations!!! I was supposed to get a refund but that...

Over 50 minute wait in the drive thru because 24hrs no longer means they are actually open. Drive thru only. My shake was completely melted by the time we got our food and the food was all cold like it had been sitting there for hours. Took the shake to the door and asked for it to be replaced. Another 15 minutes and still no shake. Finally just left. And the lady taking orders wouldn't stop asking what else long enough for us to actually tell her what we wanted. Horrible experience and we will NEVER come back to this location. If you are that short handed, you should probably close your doors. If you have so many cooks that you are making orders so far in advance that they can get that cold, you should probably put some in a different position long enough to get caught up.
