This has got to be one of the worst locations ever!!! Placed a mobile order, I get to the drive thru and NO ONE is outside taking orders. I set in the drive thru for 20 minutes and when I was next in line to order at the intercom an employee comes out to take orders. She goes to the first lane and helps 7 cars that were behind me and now they all go in front of me. I finally get to the intercom and the girl taking the order actually says, "Yeah???" I told her I had a mobile order and my name, I sit for another 8 minutes before she asks me to pull forward. Finally I get to the front of the line and they have no idea I have a mobile order and ask me to pull up and wait?!? I spent a total of 34 minutes in line to have to wait again??? I got a refund and left and NO ONE CARED. THEY ACTUALLY LAUGHED! Now I understand why their rating is so low...
Read moreI come to this location often and I always have great service, but yesterday afternoon I had the opportunity to meet Asia. Asia went OVER & BEYOND FOR MY DOG & ME. I’ve been in customer service for 9 1/2 years and I’ve never have gotten that amazing customer service that just wowed me until yesterday afternoon when I met Asia. She made a big impression on me that I even bragged about her at my job today! Even though we’re in the middle of July and this heat is crazy, this girl was smiling and so cheerful to be outside at the drive thru. Other than giving me amazing customer service, Asia made me feel seen and heard. She made me feel like I was her number one priority for that day. Made a mobile order then went through drive through to pick it up, they gave me my order before I pulled out of parking lot I checked bags and was missing items, went back in side there was 5 employees just standing there talking about their personal business and not even offering to help me or the other 4 people standing there waiting. Once I was helped they just stood there and acted like it wasn’t their fault I was missing items, finally had to make a scene and get upper management to help me. This is probably the fifth time I’ve had to go back inside and get them to correct my orders. The ONLY reason I’m giving it even 2 stars is cause it’s the closest location...
