Viet Fusion Eats & Drink — Restaurant in Lufkin

I hate to be the one to critisize, but feel the need to be honest. We ordered a Bahnmi, Yakisoba and the Bulgogi. My husband liked the Bahnmi very much and my son said the Yakisoba was pretty good. I had the Bulgogi which I felt the meat was of poor quality and had very little flavor. Ive eaten Bulgogi at many different restaurants, and this came no where close. I also feel the portion of meat was very small and the plate was filled up with a lot of rice and salad. This is not inexpensive. It took me forever to find this place one because it kept telling me it was close to the Chick-fil-A on that same side of the street too because I was looking for an actual restaurant and this is a bus kinda like a taco truck but for Vietnamese food, I was desperate for some PHO so I did not care! I’m so glad that I tried it. The soup was delicious. I was a little weirded out By the raw meat, but it cooked quickly in the super hot soup and everything was fresh tasted amazing. I’m so happy. Passing through Lufkin, I stumbled across this hidden gem — and wow, I’m glad I did! The food was absolutely authentic and incredibly good. The broth was amazing. It was so good that I actually had to called them and let them know how great everything was!
