Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Lufkin

Very disappointed in this Jack in the Crack!!!!! This visit was terrible upon giving the order. We repeated the order over and over at least 5 times. The order was finally read back correctly and we proceeded on to the window. Behind a few cars we ended up waiting about 20 to 25 mins. The guy was short at the window and something told me to check my order but I didn't and I made myself back to work. When I sit down my order is completely wrong. Called the store no one answered. I continued to call and after the 4th call someone picked up by the name of Mark stating he was a team leader. I told him the situation and he told me to bring back the food and they will replace it. First off I told you I was at work on my lunch that you took up the first time so what thinks I going to bring the food back. He continued to talk to me as though I was lying about not having the correct things. First off, Im not trying to get you for the cost of your silly egg rolls. I asked for his manager and he states that the manager was not there. I asked him for the corporate number and he ask me to hold so that he could talk with the other lead that was there Baltazar (not sure if these names are real or not) but I will be going back and confirming. he proceeded to tell me to bring the food back. Sir I came there because I was hungry so Im not bringing the food back but what you will do is write down my name and I will pick up what I am missing. He said ok. I then explained to him that Im disappointed because as much as I like Jack in the Crack. I have visited this store before on the weekend when they stay open later and all there lights were off and doors locked and no one answered the drive thru intercom but when I pulled to the front there were several staff in the building. playing around and then this happens and I just...

This applies for NIGHTS!!! it is a horrible experience that makes you wonder how in the world did management let this get this way.... I go there a lot because I eat really late at night because of my work, and it's the only place open that is close to me..... But let's start with the food. It is so bad! I mean horrible! They give you whatever is left from the day shift or try as hard as possible not to make anything new and give you what's been sitting out! I am not joking or exaggerating! If you ask for something that is not already made they lie and tell you they are all out so they don't have to cook it for you. They are extremely unsanitary! They clean and blow down the floor In the kitchen with a water hose while less then a foot away from all the food. When they did that I asked for my money back and told them how is it sanitary to do that, do they not care if water and dirt fly on peoples food. They had no response. The staff is extremely rude! Rolling there eyes when you ask for condiments. I never leave reviews or have these long complex orders or demend special instructions. I order as simple as can be and go about my day but still even I receive this horrible service... Also there are 2 members of the night shift that with all respect are very "unsanitary" is the best way to say it. I say this not to be rude but they are so noticably dirty and unhygienic. If I'm starving I drive by the window to make sure they are not working because if they are I just go to the gas station and pick up chips for dinner. I have reported it to higher ups and asked them to pull video of multiple incidences. But this is just my warning to any other potential customers to stay away during...

They never have anything. Don't even pay attention to the hours of operation because they close when ever they want. I actually went on one of the 24 hour nights, and they told me the grill was cleaned and they couldn't grill anything!!! No burgers no grilled chicken just fried stuff why would you even be open as a burger place.... When you can't even cook burgers!!! That's like whiping before you poop.. it doesn't make any sense!!! At ten on a Sunday night they have nooooo tea. It's a constant on going problem with this particular location. If I could give it zero stars I would. Just because I have no idea how it has when you can't ever get anything. I actually work In food service so this is hard for me to even do. I wish this place would close and they would just start over....
