They don’t deserve any stars at all. Tonight I went to this location at 11:30. First they were out of steak. What restaurant runs out of food? Managers are supposed to make sure they’re stocked especially when running promotions or adding new items to the menu. We waited forever in drive thru, when we got to the window we over heard how another car had pulled off & left. The manager comes to the window asking did we order this & that & my husband couldn’t even tell her what we ordered because she was over talking him telling him what he ordered & that’s not what we ordered. When he was finally given a chance to speak he told her what we ordered. We waited awhile longer. When we first pulled to the window we saw them make our drinks & they sat there the whole time we waited. My husband requested the remake the drinks because of how long they sat there & the man refused & said they hadn’t sat there that long. The same man told him the potato griller was in the top box. We get all the way home & the potato griller wasn’t in the box & I ordered the chicken nachos box & asked for no pico de Gallo & easy beans, there were no beans at all. I probably could’ve over looked that part but we had to go back because they forgot the potato griller. We go back, wait in a long drive thru again & ask for the whole order to be remade because by this time the food was all cold, the manager said she couldn’t do that so they gave us the potato griller & remade my nachos. We pull up & check the nachos & they’re wrong AGAIN!! This time they have beans but also have the pico de Gallo. So we have to pulled back around for a THIRD time. At this point I told the manager if they couldn’t get it right they could refund the whole order. Finally they got the entire order correct. We spent over an hour messing with them & all we got out of it was a refill. The managers name was Janita. I won’t be going back! Might I add that my potato griller didn’t have any sour cream or bacon at all & BARELY had cheese on it. It didn’t even have the regular amount of cheese. Also when my husband asked for the refill the manager quickly said “what did you have pink lemonade?” & before he could answer the shut the window & made a pink lemonade so he had to correct it when she tried giving him the...
Read moreI have multiple reasons for why I gave this place four stars. [This is how my reviews start out so hopefully you don't get confused.]
Okay so let me start out by saying I'm basically addicted to taco bell. I LOVE THIS PLACE 100 PERCENT.... BUT there are downfalls.
So My parents and I come here alot, and let's just say alot has happened with this place over the last year or two.
Let me start off with the bad things about this taco bell.
The Drive through is like any other but the problem is my mother and father are elders and this one day the workers thought our car had left. WE GOT SOMEONE ELSES ORDER! I told them it was wrong but a man [I think it could be the manager] Said it was correct.
The workers are teenagers which in some cases are bad. They enjoy playing around and talking. Which is okay, but if you have to be immature while working why don't you work at Walmart. It's very rude when your talking to your friends while someone is literally ordering!
Half the time the food is a bit messed up, usually the beans are very overcooked, as well as the beef. Some of there items have WAY TOO MUCH BREAD!
The drinks [usually the pepsi's but sometimes other drinks] are very over carbonated. If your customers wanting something that tasted like trash then we could leave our soda in ice for hours!
Here are the good things Its mostly clean! Some staff are actually very kind! The bathrooms are usually clean I enjoy the number 2 and there nacho bell grande! [If you want something new from taco bell] you could also try the power bowl, fiesta salad, or there crunchwraps Sometimes [rarely] they will take trash if they are wiping off a table. As in they'll ask you if you want them to throw it...
Read moreThis was the straw visit. I placed my order and waited my turn at the window. When it was my turn I went to hand the cashier $20 bill. She looked at me and said we don't accept cash card only. I asked her I said "since when" and she replied "since forever". We stared at each other for about 10 seconds and then she broke and said "well I don't know if I have change to give you." So I replied "then you have money" and she replied "Yeah". You may not get all your change back" and again I looked at her. She then replied "Unless you have exact change then I can give you bills back." After producing the exact change she said please pull up which I couldn't do because they're already four cars stacked ahead of me in line waiting for their food. Again, I looked at her in bewilderment and she walked away. To make it worse I just noticed I didn't even get a receipt in my bag so that I can refer to my transaction so I can talk to somebody about it. SMH.
You have to do better Taco Bell because your Lumberton store just lost...
