KFC — Restaurant in Lumberton

Very disappointed from the moment I pulled to the speaker to order. I really advise any of their workers that don’t want to do their job then don’t work. The young lady working the window this morning rushes me to place my order then after I place my order she say pull around for my total. Okay I’m at the window get my food Oh wait I ordered the $30 full up chicken and tenders not once did she ask what kind of sauce I wanted when I placed the order so I asked at the window and she points at the window I guess where the lists of sauce was and I asked if I had eating utensils in the bag she say it should be which there was none then hands me the bag and instead of asking if I care for anything else she shuts the window. That’s not it! Get home the chicken don’t even look like it was fried well just put in the box the skin on the chicken you can still see flour on it skin just soggy...that’s it for me!...

It’s been awhile since I’ve been at this location. I was going to the one on 2nd. I wish I would have .The cashier tonight was Allana tonight in drive thru I’m not sure if it was the one in the black hoodie but she was fine I had no problem with her. It’s the other one that pop up to the window with the headset. I forgot to add on an order tonight. I telling her what I want to order she standing there with a dumb look on her face with an attitude. If you don’t want to work in fast foods find you something else to do. I was courteous to the rude nasty employee even telling her thank you she kept an attitude. I know not to come back there. I don’t care how the food taste if you encounter employees like that make you not want to go to this location. KFC, KFC WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS KFC RENT MUST BE DO!! Because every time I come to this establishment my food is hot, fresh, and everything is in the bag! They do not skip a beat! I don’t care if you have to pull me up to the next line honey take your time!!! My favorite thing from KFC is the coleslaw and let me tell you they must have made that coleslaw right when I ordered it, it was so fresh! Now the biscuit!! It was like eating a cloud it was warm,buttery, and so pillowy!! Thank god for the new sauces too I will gladly pay .99 every time!
