Okay... So, I moved here from MI a while ago. I had a detailed evaluation done to diagnose me with A.D.D. My doctor HERE put me on Adderall but told me I had to start out at the lowest dose due to regulation etc. Fine. He told me to call him in 2 weeks and we would up the dose. When I called, he was gone from the practice! So,, tried to tell the doc that I was STUCK w he plan of attack and she wanted me to make ANOTHER appt. I already owed them $300 and said that I didn't have insurance to please simply communicate with the original doctor regarding the situation. No... she wants the cash. So, I called my doctor in MI who knows me well and explained the situation and he agreed,I should be taking 15 mg in the AM and 15mg in the afternoon. So, he sends me a paper script through the mail to tie me over until my insurance kicks in and I can see a psychiatrist. I bring it to the pharmacy and I explained the situation. The pharmacist tells me sure, he'll call my doctor in MI to get the confirmation. Okay, great... So I get home and think "I hope he's not going to wait the whole 15 days to call my doc." So I call and apparently he needed the story AGAIN in which case he then says "Get a script from a doctor here and I'll fill it". I was SO confused because in the drive through I was told to bring it back and after they spoke to my doc, they would fill it. NOW, I'm on the phone and he is treating me like a drug seeker because asking him to call sooner than later. I told him I do have an appt with a therapist but it's not until later in the month and this is just to tie me over so PLEASE just call my doctor to get the story straight. He says "I don't need a story. Get a doctor to write you a script from here and we'll fill it. It's a narcotic". Man, I wasn't born yesterday but when someone comes to you with a COMPLETELY valid explanation, a COMPLETELY valid script and a COMPLETELY valid request to communicate with their doctor in order to get the right treatment... that is NOT the time to be hurling judgement and treating them like some drug seeker. This pharmacist needs some training in critical thinking and...
Read morewouldn’t recommend. Cvs.com and “minuteclinic #2” are withdrawing unauthorized funds from my bank account. i don’t recommend this company anymore. melissa dammann misdiagnosed me in the minute clinic, wasted time, money, and energy. some of the labs don’t even produce results. the customer service is absolutely terrible. i’ve been calling and calling and it says they’re open but the ai support voice says closed every time and it hangs up. i got two unauthorized withdrawals of -$98.15 and -$16.54. I know for a fact cvs app asks me everytime for a payment on a bill and I decline. the account is not mine alone and i only used my card for one minute clinic appointment. one was -$15.00 on 8-26-25 and i paid inside the clinic i have evidence of everything. the next minute clinic visit was 9-4-25, i went inside asked one question, which was unnecessary because of the physician melissa dammann not having a good attitude. i decided to cancel my appointment and walk out. the withdrawals of -$98.15 on 9-4-25 and -$16.54 on 9-6-25 were unauthorized, i have received no reply from any employee, no email except the receipts stating that once i agreed to put my card on www.cvs.com that they can automatically withdraw, which makes no since because they ask me every time I open the app. Don’t...
Read moreI cannot believe I start to work in Moore and I find the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. I usually don't leave reviews for negative service because I have a high tolerance for most things, but this place is past the line.
First - They can't count. I got a prescription two months ago and they had to call me as I was pulling in the drive way to say they forgot to give me 5 of my 30 pills. She said they found the 5 pills on their counter. So I had to drive back and get them, but they could not figure out how to account for them in their system and it made the script completely messed up in the eyes of my insurance. It took me weeks to get that straight.
Second - They apply the law however they want. Three weeks ago I hand over a new prescription and am told by it was over the counter by a "Lead Pharmacy Tech". I said I don't think so, and little miss tech huffs off to the pharmacist and is proved wrong and told me it would be ready shortly. Then I tried to refill a script on day 29 of a 30 day script. I was told "sometimes we do it a day or two early as a courtesy, but you will have to wait the full 30 days." I was speechless
Thus - I have found...
