• Update: After waiting over an hour and Bin doing a nearly complete new set, I LOVE the nails. Unfortunately the intial customer service and the fact I'm convinced Tanya wasn't licensed it negates that my nails are pretty and I won't be back.*

When I say I will NEVER come back here. Had I read the reviews I would've kept it moving down to Abby Nails. I came as a walk-in on my birthday. They asked me to come back in 30 mins, I did and still waited 20 mins. I wanted almond shaped and the lady that was doing them (Tanya) wasn't understanding so I asked the other lady to explain but she was rude and seemed like I bothered her even requesting her translate. I forgot to mention that I looked everywhere for Tanya's license and I did not see one anywhere. They are normally proud to post them. Either way, it took almost 2 hours! Y'all be the judge. I had an appt that I missed because it took so long, I was beyond ready to go and be done but when I left I called immediately and made an appt to come the next morning to have them fixed. I waited almost an HOUR for them and the young lady with the long purple tipped hair is rude af. I mean I will NEVER EVER go back here. Horrible quality, not a lot of versatility and they really aren't the nicest people on top of acting like it was my fault she made a mess of my nails when went back! WHY...

My favorite thing about the experience was the color of my nails and the young lady who helped interpret, take our payment and pick my glitter was kind and helpful although seemed very unenthusiastic. Probably the stressful environment I will mention in a moment🤷‍♀️ the overall experience left much to be desired. It felt like fast food service. Hurried to get you in and get you out. Which is ironic as it is referred to as a LOUNGE. The guy who seemed to be running the place was steadily answering the phone on speakerphone taking reservations and making outbound calls while working on a clients nails. It was loud and obnoxious even across the room I can only imagine being the one he was working on. Definitely killed any sort of peaceful vibe you might have had. He came off very gruff and arrogant. The nail tech I had did not say a single word to me. Which I thought I might like but it was rather awkward. My nails were done almost exactly 24hrs ago but already look to have been grown out. Didn’t get a chance to try this place because my friend & I appointment was disregarded. My friend texted about making an appointment and got a reply back that a 1:15 appointment was available the day before Mother’s Day so my friend said we would take it. Well, after working 14 hours overnight and taking a 2 hour nap to make this appointment, I was excited to do something for myself for Mother’s Day until we arrived on time just to be told that our appointment wasn't confirmed. The lady made it seem as if that was our fault saying “oh well we would text back asking for name and” so forth and so on. How would we have known that? We ended our trip here with “we can’t get you in today” and cue the crickets. No apology or sort of accommodation for our time at that moment. My friend did receive a text asking if we could come in Monday or Tuesday for 20% off. Well, sorry, we work full time jobs and are full time moms so we only planned this outing for Mother’s Day.
