I ordered through GrubHub, and it was a bit mistake. I'm not sure if my order was messed up because it was online and to go, or because it was late and they are closing in 30 minutes, but my order was HORRIBLE and it was only a couple appetizers, and 2 thai teas. I ordered shrimp fresh rolls, and i got 2 pieces of shrimp riddled with nothing but veggies; don't get my wrong I love my veggies, but if I'm paying shrimp prices in this economy, I want my shrimp. I felt bamboozled and robbed, especially paying those GH taxes and prices. Also, the "gyoza" was extremely undercooked and soggy. I have never been more disappointed by Thai food. Must be owned improperly by a new cook that knows nothing about Thai food. I threw away the "shrimp" fresh rolls after I ripped them open, sorry there is no photo.

Off the bat, you walk in a strange building and there is a room with boxes and things scattered as if the place is under remodel. The atmosphere is also very strange, warmly humid inside, and the bathrooms were very dirty which is a big red flag to me. That aside, I get pho and fresh spring rolls anytime I can. The spring rolls were 5$ a piece, were very basic and a little bland, the peanut sauce served with them tasted watered down. Did not finish them. I ordered the beef Pho (15$). The broth is good, the beef was good, and The side vegetables were fresh as well. It made up for everything else lacking. The cook/server was very nice and attentive which is why I bumped this up to 3 stars.

I should’ve trusted the other’s reviews. But I wanted to give this place a try. Very disappointed!! No one would come out to the front desk until you press the Bell. The service was soooooo slow. We were the only customer at the time. We ordered the Special Pho and added the Oxtails. 1. The noodles was NOT cooked 2. The broth was NOT hot at all.. it’s pretty room temperature broth. 3. The meat/fat was not properly sliced 4. The tissue paper plate was used for the beans sprouts , not that important but it would help maintain the vegetable if it’s ceramic instead of paper that just got soggy. Hope the owner takes the surveys seriously and improve the service.

We have ordered out and ate in restaurant. Sampled both Pho and Vietnamese sandwiches. Both were very tasty. The Pho was a large bowl house special with all the usual ingredients. It was flavorful. I did tip the manager off to a problem with the hot sauce bottle tips needing to be cut open a little larger They had recently opened and hadn't really paid attention to this level of detail. The Vietnamese sandwiches we're very good. We ordered the BBQ PORK topped with egg. These too were very tasty. We have ordered take out two or three times. Same high quality. Lastly this was somewhat irritating. I called in a take out on the fly. I told the young lady who answered the phone I was driving and did not have my take out menu. I might require additional assistance in communicating my order. After this finally happened. I specifically stated my wife was enroute with an ETA of approximately 15 minutes. I left her name and cell number assuring our commitment to arrive for pick up. When she arrived our order was not ready for had it even been cooked? Not good. She sat and waited as though she was a walk in. Very irritating as we were running on a tight evening schedule. This needs...

Love this place. I have gone here over the years tens of times. My boyfriend and I love this place for many reasons. They are open late, one of the only pho places to be open so late and it’s extremely convenient with our schedule The service is amazing, it’s been the same man working almost every single time we have went and he has great customer service and is super sweet. We have been going there so long that before it was normal to wait to be seated; I love the self serve update it’s so convenient. The food!! This is authentic pho. The broth is incredible, it’s rare to find such good, flavorful, and balanced broth. The steak meat is always thin and there’s a proper amount (thin meat is the best, when the steak slices are thick it’s not good), the vegetables are always fresh and I always leave satisfied.

The only con about this place is the bathroom, other than that… no big deal. The atmosphere is unique, feels oddly comforting and it’s a nice place to relax and eat for a good price.

P.s. we will be going there again...
