He Had Them Done In A Very Timely Fashion And Looking Brand New. The Service For The Price Is Honestly A Disservice To The Business. I Appreciate It Though. Amazing Prices. Great Service. I wish I would have read the reviews. I went in to get 2 pairs cleaned and some repairs. The day I met the the owner he was on the phone arguing with someone I think a customer, I didn't pay much attention. He was very courteous took my shoes told me they should be done in a week..... After calling and texting 3 weeks later I was told they were ready so I went in..... Walked into the store just to see another customer arguing with him loud about bad service, then when it was my turn I was told my shoes wasn't ready. I asked to get my shoes back I didn't care I just wanted them back he begged for me to let him keep them longer to finish them up. I was very disappointed. The glue was sloppy and the cleaning job was not good at all the painting wasn't completed. never again...

I brought in an original pair of Flyknit pure’s that were starting to discolor on the bottom and sides. I needed these shoes for a trip the following day and was told my shoes needed an overnight job but they would work on them immediately until closing time and I can come back for them same day so I could have them for my trip. Came back and Louie had them cleaned, ready and looking brand new. He was real passionate about trying to give my sneakers the exact type of “clean” I was looking for. I can’t thank Louie enough, he went to work and provided exceptional customer service along the way. It was my first time there and it will not be my last. I will be back to see them with my whole collection of shoes that I cherish for a sneaker spa...
