Kristi's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Macomb Township

I went into the 23 mile and Hayes Rd., Kristi’s for a Christmas gift . There was an older sales clerk there, and I am sure that she could’ve at least tried to put somewhat of a smile on her face and say good morning. I asked where the willow tree product was and she said over there and flipped her hand up toward the general area so I walked over and she said no no on the left. She was over by the cards. I found them on my ownno big deal however, nothing was there that I thought would be appropriate for the person I was shopping for. Overpriced and very little selection. I visited to get a better selection than the dollar store and what I got was less selection than the dollar store and paid seven dollars for a simple birthday card. It makes me feel like this kind of store has had it’s time. The ladies that work here are very sweet and nice so it’s hard to give a bad review but the truth is that it’s an OK place for last-minute gifts that are overpriced, but the card selection itself which Hallmark is known for has really slipped. I love all of the Kristi's Hallmarks!! They not only have cards, but they also sell clothes, purses, garden trinkets and much more!! I've bought many clothes and purses from Kristi's for many years and I am always getting compliments from people who are amazed that I bought them at a "card store".
