visited the store located in Macon Georgia. Address 5080 Riverside Drive, space 210. I stopped by here to make a return for a Valentineās Day gift that I had purchased for my girlfriend. She wasnāt a big fan of the shape of the ring so I just decided to return it and seek elsewhere however on the day that I purchased a ring sales person, Scott. W had helped me pick the ring out and also a wishbone to go along with it. Scott was beyond amazing unlike his other coworker, quick description, short black lady with glasses and also locs A.k.a. dreads with a very weird, reddish and orange color in the middle of her hair, while returning these items I entered the store seeking help other people were looking around, so no one really needed to be helped in that moment. I told the short black lady with the dreads. That I needed to make a return she with a very aggressive tone and nasty at that then said ā Well, you need to wait to be assisted because Iām helping someone else right now!ā very aggressive for no reason Whatsoever, You could just tell by the look on the face that she had an attitude problem. Iāve shopped with Pandora throughout the years all at different locations and this is the first time I have ever encountered such a rude sales person If anything, the sales person should give it their best at all times no matter what the circumstance is, but instead, my visit was full of aggression only from the short black lady with dreads and glasses, If this is how this location runs, I wonāt be returning. This is absolutely unprofessional and highly dissatisfying. I have been in customer service for 15 years and have never directed aggression towards a customer, especially when they are seeking help. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped in yesterday a little before the store was supposed to close at 6:00. The door was already locked with the gate pulled half way down. I got a sales associate's attention and convinced her to come to the door. I wanted to exchange a bracelet I purchased for my wife only the day before for a larger size. I was told all sales are final and they could not exchange it. I then asked if I could just purchase the larger size and was told that they could not sell me the bracelet as it was part of a promotion. All of this still took place before the closing time of 6:00. I felt like she just did not want to help me and just wanted me to go away so they could close. There were 2 other sales associates in the store and they were all standing around doing nothing. I get home and check online to see if I could purchase the bracelet and, wouldn't you know it, it says it is available for purchase and store pick-up at this store. So, not only did she not want to help me, she outright lied to my face. I will never understand how people who are so poor at customer service wind up in these jobs. Not only are you turning away business but you are making sure that customer takes their money elsewhere in the future.
Update: I called the 800 number that Pandora gave me in their response. I was "disconnected" twice after being told I had to be transferred to someone else. I called back a third time and was supposedly connected to the correct person but spent over an hour on hold and no one ever picked up.
