Saturday evening between hrs of approx 7-8:0pm Tonight was my first time shopping here at Buckle's at the Macon location at Rivoli Mall....And I have to say that Two sweet, friendly young sales girls tonight helped me tremendously and made me feel like I wasn't outta my league shopping here at Buckle's ( being a middle aged woman and all,lol...... (I apologize but sadly, I didn't get their names and wish I would have)... BUT .... Anyway they were two sales associates working "BOTH" were Super friendly, & extremely knowledgeable and so very helpful also with me being undecided & unknown Abt these jeans & all the different varieties, they were more than happy to help me get "EXACTLY"what I wanted and I have to say that I am "100 percent HAPPY"about it ....,they were Absolutely Soooo Very Patient & Kind...sooo I just wanted to say THANK YOU TO THEM BOTH !!!! They both are ABSOLUTELY a VERY Positive accent to this store !! "Buckle'' is VERY lucky to have these Two Beautiful, Warm, Friendly, Kind ,Patient Lovely Young Ladies and must mention the two was/are VERY much Knowledgeable of the Merchandise they sell here !!!!! I just wanted to Say THANK YOU TO THE BOTH OF THEM and to ABSOLUTELY Let whoever it may concern that I WILL definitely be back and it's because of these two young sales associates who were AWESOME to me and DEFINITELY DESERVE RECOGNITION...SOOO with All this being said.. let me add this last . . PEOPLE MAY "NOT ALWAYS" REMEMBER WHAT SOMEONE SAYS TO THEM , BUT ..LET ME TELL YOU THIS...... PEOPLE WILL "ALWAYS"REMEMBER HOW OTHERS MADE THEM FEEL !!!! Rated low because we didn't get a chance to go in the store to shop. We didn't realize that they were only letting 8 people in at a time. There was 3 people outside on the sidewalk but I didn't know that they were waiting to go in because there wasn't a line formed. Young guy came to the door when I opened it and quickly told me the lady on the side walk was waiting and they were only allowing 8 people in at a time. Funny thing is I don't remember seeing anyone leave the store when he let her in. I responded ok thank you and left. So if you go you may want to be prepared to wait and just know that customers aren't required to wear a mask. If your limiting the number of people in the store you should also require a mask....

I have been in Pooler and Bluffton palmetto moon. Macon needs to be retrained. The manager needs customer service training. They over charged several people on the Black Friday pricing while I was in line and caught major attitude with the customers when they said something. When I went to check out my register I was at stopped working by that point they had me swipe my card twice. I was like forget it and left. Get this...
