Burger King — Restaurant in Madera

Burger King Whopper Burger King you are hungry stomachs dream. So I came and I got the junior bacon cheeseburger and I added onion rings and barbecue sauce to it let me tell you my taste buds went so so crazy. I don't know what it is about Burger King but they have the best chocolate milkshake in the world. The location I visited today was off of childs Avenue where I encountered a young man by the name of Khaotis he was really soft-spoken and had a very beautiful smile he went above and beyond to take my order and make sure everything was done perfect. He told me I could take a seat and I will be called when my order was ready. The restaurant was the cleanest restaurant I had ever seen and it smelled so fresh. I stopped in to use the restroom and it was so fresh and clean it seemed like you didn't even need a toilet toilet seat cover as the toilets look new, yes for sanitation reasons I used one but I'm just saying that's how clean it was. After tidying up and preparing for my lunch, I sat down with very tired and aching feet and within a few moments, the sweetest guy approach my table and sat my order down. His name was Kenny, he told me if I needed anything just motion for him and he will assist me. My food was piping hot and so delicious. When I was done eating Kenny brought me a cup of ice water without me even asking. I've never gotten service like this from any fast food restaurant, I left very happy. Thank you for making my day. I had a really bad experience here. I went ahead and ordered two tacos, a Coke and a Dr Pepper I did ask if they had cherry Coke. The guy said yes we do have cherry Coke would you like that instead I said yes please can you replace it for my Dr Pepper he said OK anything else I said no that all. It took me 20 minutes to get to the window to pay for my meal because there was two cars in front of me once it was my turn the guy never came to the window, but then another person comes to the window tries to give me two chicken sandwiches and a Coke I-said sorry ma’am that is not my order she said yes it your order. You order a Coke and two chicken sandwiches. I said no I ordered a Coke cherry Coke and two tacos. Then the guy that took my order, comes to the window and asked for the payment I handed him a $20 bill. He tells me here is your Coke and then leaves and then comes back and he hand me a bag and then says here is your cherry Coke I said thank you very much and all he did was laugh as I drove away. Mind you I’m not from town so I hopped on the freeway and took one bite of my taco It was only lettuce no meat just lettuce and he proceeded to give me two Dr Pepper‘s. Attention, Owner of this Establishment Burger King 1103 Country Club Drive Madera, Ca 93638 I wanted to report to you about an incident happened last night at your Burger King there in Madera. One of your employee I believe his name is Benito tall skinny black hair probably between the age of 20 to 26 years. He did an inappropriate act against my will, and my cousin confronted him about what he did to me, but he did not even say sorry. We believe he was under the influence of a substance or drunk at that. The guy who said to be the manager did not even show compassion to my aggravation against the employee, not even a “sorry”word instead he insisted that it was not his authority because that guy was already off duty. That incident happened inside your establishment past 10 in the evening hoping the said manager should have done to intimidate that, that said employee has done wrong against a customer.
