Man it is getting crazy. So I took a xbox series x the newest Gen they make and the literally tried to tell me they would only give me $100 for it because of some blemishes on the console fyi that come with them on there is the plastic not even so much as an actual scratch on it at all. Like that is just absolutely assured to turn around to see one without a box and looked worse then mine did and they are asking $435 mine had a box to go with it too. Like that is nuts to think that they are going to try to make %400 on it is just absolutely not ok stop with the inflation and the lowball like I am 100% done and will never shop a gamestop agen. Update I cleaned up the xbox befor putting it in its box to take it there and when i got home and took it back out to just set it back up I found a deep scratch that was not there and it is very noticeable new by coloration as well as I would have seen it befor as I insisted it when I cleaned it.as well as the burrs from it. purchased a used PS3 controller - $45.00. opened the package and it looked like it crawled out of some Third World dumpster. Had nasty, sticky bits of god only knows what stuck all over it. the buttons were slimy and crusty. Called the store - they only told me that they "visually inspect" the items they receive but due to the high volume, are unable to clean the controllers. All I can say is hey, douches, if you can't keep up with the volume and can't make sure you provide me - the customer - with quality product, DON"T TAKE IN SO MUCH INVENTORY!!!! didn't feel up to catching some nasty disease, so packed this thing back up and will be returning it to the store. Hopefully it didn't contaminate my household too back and hopefully I won't become a real time extra for the Walking Dead ... ...

This is the best GameStop that my family has ever been to!! We have been to so many in the downriver area for many years. Dearborn, Dearborn heights, Southgate, Taylor, Allen park, Lincoln park, Monroe, Westland.... And many more. None have ever help me and my kids as much as the associates in the Adrian GameStop! They took time to listen, get online and make phone calls on my behalf to resolve an issue that I have been having for months!!!
