Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Adrian

This is not the first time this has happened yesterday I've had good experiences ordering, but I quit going to tropical smoothie because a while ago I ordered a smoothie for my daughter along with a edible straw, the young lady gave me the smoothie and was walking out when I realized I didn't get the edible straw I paid for, so I went back to ask and all the girls looked at me like what is he talking about? After asking a few more times about the straw one of the young ladies just grabbed one and handed it to me, I said thank you and walked out, something some of the readers might not know my family has owned business in Adrian and Toledo and big rapids for over 40 years I have a degree in business management and administration, so I do know how to run a business, well yesterday I went again because my daughter wanted to try one of the bowls so I ordered her the Acai bowel, with no fresh blueberries, no coconut, no chia seeds, no honey for 12.39 plus some peanut butter flat bread with tip almost 20 bucks, the young lady brought a bag with a small bowl in it as I was again walking out I realized no bread so again I asked just like the last time I was there and again nothing but blank stares with in a few seconds a young lady comes from around the corner and says here's your peanut butter flat bread I leave after another thank you, so when I get home everything that was not supposed to be in it"was" the blueberries, chia seeds, honey and coconut, so in the trash it went, yes I'm angry, I'm furious a waste of almost 20 Dollars and my time, I'm done!!! My daughter didn't want any of those items in there, I showed the young lady my phone with exactly what my daughter wanted and was ignored, I don't appreciate being looked at like I'm stupid or I don't know what I'm talking about!!!!!! Large order just picked up. The beach bum with white chocolate tasted like it had something like soap/bitter taste in it. The veggie hummus wrap was full of bacon!
