The BEST experience! We hosted my parents’ retirement party here and coming from out of town, I wasn’t able to meet face to face with the owner before the day of the party. Weeks prior to the party Hostess, Betty listened & took care of all of the details to execute the best experience. The owner & his team helped with all of the set up, tables being moved, decorations, & he even climbed a ladder to move a ceiling light fixture toward our banner. They really cared & gave my parents the best celebration! They never seemed overwhelmed and we never waited for anything. Our server, Caroline was on top of everything & served our large party with such professionalism & grace. Drinks were always full, chip baskets were always full, salsa bowls, etc. Being a vegetarian, I was excited to see multiple options. There were no errors in taking all 22-24 orders & everyone loved their food, margaritas, cold beer, spicy bloody Mary’s, dirty Shirley’s, etc. The bathrooms were so clean, everyone was so friendly, I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you for making our party spectacular, your team...
Read moreI called to ask if Beef Enchilada w/Rice & Beans Dinner was available because I didn't see it on the online menu. Twice, I was assured it was. So, I ordered two of these dinners, and two single Tamales, totaling $41.95. At home we discoveed six loosely wrapped supposed Enchalidas (they didnt look like Enchalidas i've ever been served) , filled with unseasoned beef, no cheese in the beef or on rop, and ecovered with watery, tasteless red sauce. In another container rice and beans were tossed together, unseasoned and tastless. The two Tamales were chicken not beef, and extremely salty. I can't recall ever being served such unappetizing, and unpalatable food by any restaurant anywhere. Was my terribly negative experience the fault of new kitchen staff that were totally unfamiliar with the menu, or how to prepare Mexican food, or how to plate carry out orders? I dont know. Regardless, we will not go back again. The only positive review I have is the employee I spoke to one the phone was...
Read moreI went in to Fiesta Rancheras today for a quick bite with my boyfriend, and the food was awful. Our server was also very bland and just didn’t seem nice and he seemed like he didn’t want to wait on us. I’ve never really liked Fiesta Rancheras because I always thought the food wasn’t real Mexican food, and I didn’t think it was good food in general, but of course the one day I decide to give it another chance with my boyfriend (whose never been there) and I am served crappy food. I think ya’ll should look into getting a whole new menu because everything on the menu sounds gross and it’s clear they were made to appeal to the white people in Adrian. I’m Mexican, I don’t want TexMex food. If I wanted TexMex, I’d go to Taco Bell. Also the lighting in that restaurant is terrible. Needs more lighting, add more windows and better lamps above the tables. The guys at the front were...
