Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Madison Township

While waiting at Adrian, MI store on 223 I watch an employee go out of he's way to help a customer. An elderly man tried to enter store to place an order and was greeted by a young male employee. I couldn't hear the conversation but I understood the employee was explaining to the man that orders needed to be phoned or made online. Customer wasn't able to do that so your employee instructed him to wait in car and he would help him. The employee returned with paper and pen to take his order. What a nice young man I thought and had to share so others knew of his kind efforts. Not only did we enjoy our pizza but left knowing your company has a wonderful young employee who goes above and beyond to service your customers. Wish I knew his name but only know he was a white young male and the incident happened 1/30/21 at 5:15pm at your Adrian, MI US 223 store. I get working in customer service is never fun, but coming in to grab my pick up order and the person who gave me my stuff set in on the counter furthest away making me reach for it and then with no words said practically tossed my receipt at me. I proceeded to ask if this was my receipt and he said oh yeah. I didn’t know if I was all set so I stood there for a second because he didn’t say anything but finally I walked out. If i could give them less than 1 star i would. They have, on more than 3 occassions, screwed up on our orders in a row. 2 times they have given us the wrong items on our pizza and tonight they over charged us by "not hearing" our request for items on the $5 flavor menu and charging us full price for less food (missing the other half of breadsticks that come with the flavor menu order). When i called, they stated we technically got the food we ordered and so there was nothing they were going to do about their mistake.
