BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Madison Township

Would rate it lower if I could…. Went this morning and they had a really long wait at the drive-thru, so I went inside. It didn’t take too long for my order to be taken but once it was, I was forever for my food to be made despite there being 6-7 workers. They were busy but only one or two or them was working while the rest were standing around or doing small things to avoid working. Multiple people came in after me but the workers all greeted them by name and immediately made their orders from memory and gave it to them while i’m still waiting for just two items to be made. Everyone who came in after me received their stuff quickly AND before me simply bc they knew the workers. These customers were even rude to me when I went to grab a bagel that was ready because I thought it was mine because I had been waiting for 30 minutes. Seriously…do better, I understand we are in times of short staffs, but this is no way to run a business, it was...

"stop shopping here, their handing out counterfeit bills!"

my mom received a ten dollar bill in change this weekend, from this location. she went to spend that money someplace else and was told it was counterfeit. we called Biggby and they said to come back tomorrow when the manager is in. guess what, we're here and there's no manager. then they tell her (by the same guy who gave it to her) because the bill left the store, there's nothing they can do.

yeah there is. we're done shopping here. i recommend you do the same. check your change before you leave!

"update" police were called, Biggby has a thing filed where if they hand out counterfeit bills they are not liable. which I don't understand, because if I hand out a false bill I can get in trouble.

I took my son here today and went inside with him because I had to use the restroom, LOL but I waited for him to get his coffee and the three girls that were working today we're show friendly and just upbeat, there's no way you can go into that place and not be in a good mood. Their positive attitude was so refreshing that I'm not even a coffee drinker but would go back for a smoothie and pay smoothie prices LOL and not blink twice. A friendly attitude like these girls have make all the difference in customer service and quality, I'm willing to bet 90% of their customers leave there with a smile...
