The Spotted Cow — Restaurant in Madison Township

The manager on duty 4.28 25 here is horrible , this is my first visit EVER and I was greeted in the drive through with "yeah" I asked for a moment followed by no response. I ordered a key lime pie flurry which ended up being mixed with mint chocolate chip ice cream. When I called the manager was agrumentive that there wasn't chocolate in there and I could bring it in to show her. When I did she still argued that it must have been mixed with the cheesecake I told her It taste like mint chocolate chip and that when spoke with on the phone she stated they would fix it. After she argued with me and then told me she would replace it. I also tried to order a mini flurry and she refused stating they don't make those anymore. First time trying this location and we decided to go in since we had a toddler and he tends to do better sitting to eat. Not exaggerating but we went inside and waited for nearly 10 minutes before we were finally acknowledged. No smile or being told they'd be with us when they could. We felt actively ignored by several of the staff and there was 5 people working. We were getting ready to leave when somebody finally came to take our order. Ice cream was good but we won't be back for the service. We could have been through the drive thru at least 3-4 times in the time it took us to get a family...

We discovered this place coming back from seeing the solar eclipse. Sunburned, tired and generally wrung out, and we found an eye opening gem of sweet and smooth lusciousness that had us driving an hour to come back for more!
