My family and I have only had wonderful experiences with Gruno’s. Elena, our go-to associate, along with Austin, the store’s manager, and the other staff, have been nothing short of amazing. All the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and very personable. Being a college student interested in luxury watches, I expected a level of dismissal from dealer staff, but I am happy to say that I have faced no such judgment here. I have only been treated like family by staff, ever since I first walked in.

Gruno’s has truly set itself apart from all the other jewelers I have visited, and since finding Gruno's, I have never looked elsewhere. It is worth mentioning that although I am mostly interested in the watches they have, they also possess a fantastic selection of other jewelry. I recently purchased a beautiful new bracelet Elena helped me find through Gruno's, and the sizing process was quick and simple.

Additionally, Gruno’s is great about explaining prices and fees, including the credit card transactional fee, which is both negligible and commonplace throughout the industry.

Horrible, money-hungry customer service. I went in just to ask about their ring resizing. My ring was not purchased from them and the sales maniac became furious when I did not want to leave my ring there that very day and explore my other options. She also yelled at her coworker excessively infront of me when her co-worker actually did not believe my ring could be worked on there without potentially having loose diamonds as a result and consulted me to go back to the original designer. she got screamed at and I was "ensured" that they could size it by this random, non-jeweler, sales woman. She screamed at me on my way out the door because I got so upset and wanted to leave. She also insulted my fiance for not getting my ring to the exact size (he was only 1/2 a size off!) and belittled him and myself when I said absolutely nothing. I was only engaged one week when i came in and this was a total mind blower. I am never going into this place again and would never tell anyone else to. I will definitely not be buying our wedding bands here. Please find anywhere but here, they are just money hungry and are willing to let you have loose diamonds to lose on your ring just to get...

Overall poor experience at Grunos. My now-fiancé and I were shopping for engagement rings and we wanted to take a look at Grunos. Right off the bat what we wanted was disregarded and they started to push their own agenda. Basically saying what I wanted wasn't there (our vision: 3 stone ring with diamonds on band...pretty simple) and that we should custom design a ring. That was not the route we wanted to go and it was fairly annoying that they kept trying to make us go that route. When discussing center stone size, I wanted to see smaller center stones, for I am the type of person who likes more simple jewelry (and we wanted to stay in a certain budget) and so we didn't want too large of a stone. I asked to try on a ring with a smaller center stone than what they were wanting and the designer literally said flat out "that size is too small and doesn't look good on your finger".
