Terrible customer service provided by Anaris. I arrived to pick up an online order; west Madison being the closest location to me. We were greeted by a young lady who was assisting another customer I patiently waited while viewing the display cases, after a few minutes Anaris appeared from the back. She asked how she could help, I informed her what my business was she proceeded to ask me to see my id I obliged. She walked off got my bag placed it on the table asked for a signature, up until this point I wouldn’t say she was rude I would say she wasn’t interested in her role as a customer service representative for Pandora but that’s when things took a turn for the worse I asked if she could add tissue to the bag because it was a gift. She aggressively snatched some tissue from behind her and shoved it into the bag with the biggest attitude. I was stunned as I watched my daughter fumble around in the bag trying to adjust the tissue so it would appear neat and not be crushed into a wrinkle. Anaris immediately walked away without another word. I quickly asked her name to ensure that this type of conduct be brought to not only the public’s attention but the attention of management! I was interested in the additional two Valentine pandora charms but wasn’t offered further assistance in the slightest form. I felt unwelcome to...
Read moreWe visited on Sunday, January 28th, at approximately 2pm. My fiancé and I were stopping in to get my size and look at bracelets.
After a brief wait at the counter, we were greeted by an associate.
When she approached us, I explained that I needed to know my bracelet size. She looked at me and said “6.3”. I then asked if I could try on the 6.3. She put it on my wrist and it was too small. She then looked at me and said “never mind, 6.7” and turned and walked away. I asked her to please come back so I could try on a 6.7, and her response was “are you going to buy it?” I was so appalled and taken back by the fact that she wasn’t willing to let me try on a bracelet if I wasn’t going to buy it right then and there. She then rolled her eyes, grabbed the 6.7 bracelet, put it on my wrist and said “there.” Then she took it right back off and walked away without saying another word.
I have never been treated this way at a retail establishment before, especially at a jewelry counter. This employee definitely should not be representing your brand, and I certainly hope she’s not the store manager. This is my first experience in a Pandora store, and with the Pandora brand, and needless to say it was not at all pleasant. I was made to feel I was not at...
Read moreEach time I come into the store when I visit Madison, I regret my decision. The customer service is awful. They assume without asking questions which is the worst form of communication. Being treated as if we have done something illegal as opposed to just not liking the jewelry is ridiculous. We went to return an item today that we bought and the way the manager was inspecting it infront of us was insulting. She even went as far as getting out another necklace and comparing it to ours and holding ours up to the light. This went on for 2 minutes without an explanation. When I asked what she was doing she said she does this to everyone and was measuring the necklace. Yea, ok - you have a tool for that on the counter. Not to mention, I have seen returns done before in the store and it was not done like this. Must just be the way returns are done for...
