Kirkland's Home — Local services in Madison

So apparently when you order online and have a mixed order of fragrances that are existing in the store and a “ship to store” you must pick up the fragrances that are in the store within 5 days even when remainder of your online order hasn’t arrived yet. If you don’t, that part of the order gets cancelled and if you used any of the rewards values towards that order, you lost it. Long winded explanations from the “assistant” manager saying that she can’t make the call to hold the order to wait for the “ship to store” to arrive. Finally I had to ask if she could take down my information for the manager to call me back. Really? For an incomplete order? Logic is concerning about cancelling part of the order when the whole order is not complete. Previously I was told orders would be held for two weeks.
