Went here on a Monday night and was not busy at all. Indoor and outdoor seating available. It is a pretty small location. Clean and has the same interior design as all Menchie's. Staff is friendly. You are provided with little cups so you have the option to sample flavors. My experience was terrible! I walked in and no employee was in sight. I walked around and looked at flavors, and then a girl popped out the back saying welcome. I continued to ask where were the sample cups and she said they don’t have them anymore but I can use my hands to try flavors…….. which is very unsanitary. Nice person working at register. Hand sanitizer and plastic gloves to use for safety. I was craving frozen yogurt.
