I attempted to order bifold louvered doors from the one of the counter salespeople. They were going to call me the next day to give me a price. I went in 4 days later since I did not hear back. The same salesperson apologized and was going to follow up that afternoon and give me a call. Another 4 days went by with no response. Their customer service over the phone was nothing short of amazing. They were still having trouble getting the item in stock due to the pandemic, but they called me every few weeks to give me updates.
