A sporting goods store, that sells firearms needs more than one person that can sell them. I've always had good dealings with the gentleman in firearms.. But, I went to buy a rifle, and he had left sick. I completely understand that part, but the manager finally came to the firearms counter. She said she could let me look at the rifle, but couldn't sell it.. If you are going to be the manager, you should be able to do everything in that business! The biggest problem I had was with the checkout lady. She was already mad at the world, when I went to check out. I wanted to purchase a brick or .22lr, and some. 556. She rudely told me, she needed to see my ID. Then she tried to get smart... I did, then left. However, she didn't know that I was with my buddy, that was next in line. As soon as I left, she started running her mouth.. Thankfully he put her in her place... I've never had problems here before, but you need to train your employees better! Horrible website, horrible store, horrible customer service. Expect to speak to employees that know nothing about the products they sell or where they are located. Always shows products available online just to get there to find out they are not. Expect to stand at the gun counter for 30 minutes with not 1 employee available, then the person that comes back there not to know the difference between a shotgun and a tank. Also if you do buy something and it's defective good luck getting a refund or replacement. They seriously need new management because you don't get this bad without serious...

Went in there today 7/23/22. Going to purchase a kayak. Found the one we wanted but it was missing a handle. Asked an associate for help. She called for help. Manager came to the kayak’s walked around never spoke to us while we’re standing with the kayak we wanted on the floor beside us.
