So I had a guy named Christian help me.i came in the store because my phone had broke where I charge it I knew I had an upgrade. It started out well he got me the phone I wanted one that wasn't real expensive he looked at my plan and tried to give me a good deal. They were very busy and people started coming in and there was three guys working. I don't know if he was feeling overwhelmed or what but he became distracted and seemed in a hurry to push me out of there and go on to the next person. I just wish he would have stayed more focused and attentive with what he was doing for me and not worrying about moving on to the next person. When I arrived there he had a couple Sims cards and some other trash laying on his desk. I left went home and was trying to set up my apps and I found I couldn't receive phone calls or texts. I finally checked the information about my phone and found a really weird phone number on my phone that was not my number.so I went back to the store and Alex helped me he was very perplexed said this never happened in the 3 years he was there he finally figured out if he put the Sim card from my old phone in it worked. They looked up the odd number know one knows the person they think maybe he scanned one of the other cards that was laying on his desk. Thanks to Alex and I'm sorry I forgot the other guys name we got everything figured out. Christian you were a very nice guy but just learn to focus and pay attention to the customer you are with so your customer is satisfied and you don't...
Read moreIf I could condense my last 60 or so hours trying to resolve what is really alleged "FRAUD" by AT&T, I would just say this kind of situation doesn't just happen, it's not the result of one or two bad people, AT&T is a NATIONAL DISGRACE!
I would love to take credit for what I hear are two managers being fired locally. No idea if the mess they made can ever be fixed.
Ten weeks after getting two replacement phones, under warranty, I still have pending charges for over $1700, which we don't owe. I've paid that twice, no less. The most I've ever owed was $250. That was the additional fee for more memory on the Note 20.
They really put you in a bind. You can't leave att unless you have a zero balance. We have four family members with this account. I can't distance myself fast enough.
We even added two lines a year ago after AT&T OFFERED ME A Contract, with each new line to have cost $15, period.
Instead, they have charged $27/line/mo (on top of the $100 fee for my main two phones and grandfathered in 12G/mo data), and never honored their contract. They even suggested I stop asking them to honor it. So I did.
I've made four attempts in person, to change the name on our account to make use of the veteran's discount. They won't do that either because of the alleged, outstanding balance.
They can't continue treating people like this, and stay in business. Maybe that's the plan?
Time for a new...
Read moreI worked with Sierra and she went above and beyond to help me. I switched from prepaid to wireless contract and it was very time consuming as she worked very hard along with her manager Gena who was incredibly nice as well. They both had spent easily an hour trying to keep my phone number and the rest of my family’s. She was knowledgeable of all promotions and helped more than I thought anyone could. I am so grateful for both Sierra and Gena for all of the patience and work they put into helping me. They stayed past closing time and never made me feel bad for keeping them late. Awesome staff ! They deserve recognition.
I returned to this store and was helped by another great employee. Alex has helped me several times now. He goes above and beyond every time. He is very knowledgeable with what he does and is able to navigate through any problem. He is one that I know I can trust because he has proven each time he can resolve issues quickly. AT&T is very lucky to have such a dedicated worker. This is the reason I stay with this carrier because the workers are all...
