you can buy stuf fot years, they smile at you until that day u want to return something because u are not satisfied. i bought chocolate the day before, i opened and ate one, it was stale, u know how bad chocolate taste and look like all discolored and milky stained. First thing they said "ohh u opened it we can't take it back", i said of course otherwise why would i say its bad?, next they said "but expiration date is good, we can't return it", i said may ne so but may be this was not kept at proper temperature, next they said " do u have ur receipt?", walla, they got me because i didn't keep my receipt because I didn't have the intention to return it at the first place. it is clealy their product, labeled with their price sticker, they know me for years, it was just yesterday i bought it.... i told them here keep the chocolate, my gift for u, i left it on their counter and told them that they would never see me again. they obviously did not care because they made no effort to stop me. terrible, terrible business ownership. you know what? there are dozens of place that sell what you sell... u just gave away your business because u have no idea what customer service or...
Read moreI was just at Arax Foods. I just picked up a package from the Tea and sugar shelf thinking it is gum with mint flavor. It had large pictures of gum and min all over it and it read "GUM with Mint Flavor". So I thought it is gum. I brought home and opened it was HUKA Tabacco. I thought It should have written "Tobacco with Mint Gum Flavor ". I took it back the owner told me you opened it I don't take it back, and did not even apologize for miss shelfing his items, blamed it on another customer who put it there and was yelling at me too. He expect me who never smoked in my life to bring home the tobacco. I throw it out in the garbage can in front of him. So I end up paying for their lousy service. Read moreI give this store 0 stars. Very bad customer service. I asked for a price of a product and I didn’t like the price cause I know stores that sell it cheaper so I left. The man that I asked the price who is also the owner came outside as I was getting in the car and said aggressively ‘thank you’ just because I didn’t buy something. I’m a woman alone and he saw the need to come outside and do that. Maybe if I had my husband with me he would of been too scared but he has courage infront of a woman. They need to learn customer service. Just because you own a store doesn’t mean you can be rude to customers. And just because I enter the store doesn’t mean I have to buy something.
