Always wanted to try this spot and finally did. Attempted to order through UberEats yesterday but looked like UberEats or the restaurant had to cancel because there weren't any delivery drivers around the area. Anyway, first visit today was onsite and dine-in and it was a good experience. Friendly staff and answered and suggested best deals for all patrons who came in as first-timers. My husband and I ordered the One Person Combo - one for each. Even though we dined in, I am glad the food was prepped in take-home styrofoam - I knew I was going to have leftovers. The portions were worth the $18.99 price and beats the single meat Chicken Shawarma entree (which was also $18.99). The meats were juicy and I was a fan of their Shawarma meats when I am usually a Kabob fan. Pita was homemade, large, and nicely rolled up and wrapped in plastic wrap. Their Torshi (pickled vegetables) was perfect - a bit salty for some but I enjoyed it. I wish their white sauce/tahini was a bit thicker. I really liked their red hot sauce. Best I have had for a Middle-Eastern/Mediterranean fast casual restaurant. They also had some nice baked goods that I will definitely need to...
Read moreI visit this place often and have (with the exception of one time) have always been satisfied with the quality of food. I first developed a taste for Middle Eastern food when I was in Dubai and so far this place is the closest I have gotten in terms of food taste (that I had gotten in Dubai). I am talking about the sandwiches (I have yet to try their main entrees). Their hummus is also very good and the chicken tikka and chicken kafta sandwiches are probably the best. Beef sandwiches have been a bit more hit and miss than their chicken sandwiches. One other thing that they make which is toum (their garlic sauce). Middle Eastern food is incomplete without it and these guys make it decently well (although a little too lemony than i am used to) and the fact that this is one of the few places that actually sell toum not just its younger (uglier) sibling known as the tahini sauce compels me to give them 5 stars. You can also try their bakery items (zaatar is pretty good). Highly recommend this place to all lovers of halal and middle...
Read moreI give them 5 stars for the food but only 2 stars for customer service, because every time I order and send my son to pick it up even if he is there the first one they make him wait. Now I understand when I’m ordering for 5 or 7 but when it’s only one vegan plate and everything is ready and I gave her 20 minutes like she asked me too, she still made him wait and took the next person in line who came 15 minutes after my son was waiting in front of her, gave the guy his big order then after 5 more minutes she gave my son the one plate that I ordered. So waiting time was 40 to 45 minutes! And this was the fifth time she did that to him and she did the same thing to my husband too. No so sure but they need to change that lady in the front end, and they need to have people with excellent...
