Disappointing Service, Unprofessional Service

This week I went to Edge to color my white hair dark brown, and the experience was very disappointing. The stylist applied the color for less than 20 minutes, then said it was done. When I checked in better lighting outside, I saw that a lot of my white hair on both sides was still visible.

I returned to the salon to have it fixed, and the stylist told me, "You can’t tell the white hair under the light." This felt unprofessional and dismissive of my concern. They re-did the color but rushed through it again, focusing more on washing and drying than ensuring full coverage.

After spending over two hours there, I still left with patches of white hair showing. The salon only had one stylist, and I even saw some younger customers drying their own hair. I would not recommend this salon if you need thorough and professional...

Outdated hairstyles, terrible haircuts, and shockingly rude service.

My friend and I went to this place for haircuts two months ago, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. There’s only one hairstylist at this salon, so we had to wait quite a while. We came prepared with photos of the styles we wanted, but the stylist was too arrogant to even consider our input. She rolled her eyes, made disrespectful comments, and outright judged the photos we showed her. Then, she cut our hair in a way that she wants, completely ignoring our requests.

The results were disasters. My hair was left uneven and choppy, like a bird’s nest, while my friend’s cut looked like the Red Queen from Alice in Wonderland.

To make things worse, we had to wear hats for over a month while waiting for our hair to grow out enough to fix it elsewhere. Even now, two months later, our hair still...

Don't hesitate— book now!!! I caught my hair on fire today due to a candle mishap and called Edge in a panic. They got me in within an hour and I left with the prettiest haircut I've EVER had!

I am picky and have been going to the same salon for a long time. I will now ONLY be coming to Eden for my haircuts. I have never felt better with a cut before.

She also took the time to educate me on how to take care of my long hair and keep it healthy + how to get the perfect blow out.
