Very interesting restaurant! Oriental Fusion food! The dumplings were very delicious! The cocktails quite different and original! I loved the swimming duck on it, just navigating over the grapefruit cocktail glass, that's pretty amazing and very unique! The entrees were satisfactory and the main course were worth it! They kindly asked us how spicy we wanted and we decided to go for the original chef's recomendation and it was and excellent choice for us! Very hot but worth it. Excellent recommendations from the staff, in terms of what to eat and what to share, the rice were made in a very particular way that we needed to order two different sides, it was very delicious, this is one of the places that I say I am definitely coming back and try some other options! Recommended for family and friends! And groups, also the reservation is preferible and needed in case you want to have a wonderful experience. The cocktail 🍸 wheel of fortune was also very nice and unique. The music was enjoyable and you can also watch sports. Planning to comeback very soon! Join us for more adventures!

I really went in with high hopes, but there was a lot of disappointment. Let's talk atmosphere first, the place is quite dark, almost club dark, with very loud clubby music. There is also only one bathroom. For service, there aren't a lot of servers, from what I could tell. It was a bit hectic and took a bit to get our server back. Food. I. Am. So. Upset. The business OWNS their own website and has the ability to update it. The business also went viral for a bit online for their giant soup dumplings. We went for those giant soup dumplings. Did not see it on their menu in the restuarant. My friend drove an hour and a half for this. We asked the waiter who, I kid you not, smirks and says yeah we haven't had those for a while. It is literally one of the reasons why the Boston Globe even did a piece on the place and they boast about being in the Boston Globe. They also do not have half of the desserts they listed online. But ok, we were all disappointed and little confused by the response, but decided not to write off the place without trying the food. We got their regular soup dumplings, mama's dumplings, beef dumplings, wonton in chili sauce, scallion pancake, popcorn chicken, honey shrimp, and dandan noodles. They all fell flat. Everything seemed to be missing flavor some how. The soup dumplings were much smaller than any where else I've had them. The dandan noodles were really really a big miss, lack of flavor, but the noodles were cooked well. The shrimp was good, but you get five pieces of shrimp for $13... Everything seemed mispriced, especially for the amount and lack of flavor. The best bites were the shrimp, mamas dumplings, and soup dumplings though. We asked for desserts, since I saw mango crepe cake online. The waiter said no, they only have chocolate cake or cheesecake. I'm not sure if we went on an off day or what, but if you go, make reservations and bring your own salt.

We've been wanting to try this place. I was so excited when I checked in and saw I was going to be able to choose from three freebies. However I was told that that was from the old owner. I asked how long ago was that and he said two years ago and they did not honor that anymore because none of the items are on the menu. I asked why don't they offer something that is on the menu or remove the checkin offer. I didn't really get a reasonable reply. Onto the food! We ordered a cocktail, Thai tea, soup dumplings, beef skewers, crab Rangoon, cumin lamb, stir fried noodles with chicken. Actually I ordered Szechuan chicken before the Q and lamb but I sent it back because it was like popcorn chicken deep fried and breaded and I thought they were giving it to me as an appetizer to make up for the check in but when I realized it was actually my Szechuan chicken entrée I said I'm sorry I did not know this is going to be a deep-fried dish that actually to me look like an appetizer to go with something like cocktails. They were nice enough to take it back and bring out my cumin lamb. But I could tell that I was on the naughty list now. The best part to me was my cocktail and the crab Rangoon. Also the sauces if you asked for them like the chili oil sauce goes very nicely on the crab Rangoon. The day before we had just come back from Flushing New York and had gone to the New York food court and had such great food that this was quite a bit of a disappointment. Nonetheless, our server was very, very patient and nice so we tipped her well and went on our way. We have also been to Sumiao Kitchen and we love it, so we will stick to that place now. The music is a bit loud and the ambience is a little bit sterile for my liking. However, I did enjoy the choice of music because it was from my generation, but my son was a little embarrassed when I got into the groove while I ate.
