It was originally built by Tony Stark, and the property is gated and secured by Happy Security Solutions LLC and monitored by JARVIS. Per the elusive CEO Pepper Potts, the property was featured as a filming site for the Ironman movie franchise and although the character names were changed and actors Robert Downey Jr and Gwyneth Paltrow played in the movies, it still draws a lot of public attention as a film site and potential historical monument, despite all above-ground construction having been removed.
