It wasn't very crowded in the store. The employees and staff were very helpful. They were able to color match me in some different brands. However, I like to see how a foundation looks in natural sunlight. When I said that I wanted to see what the foundation looks like outside and I wanted to wear it for a little while to see how it felt on my skin, the employee got really upset and try to pressure me to buy something then and there. She said that I could always return it if I needed to, but she started to give me a lot of attitude about not buying something then. I understand that they spend a lot of time with color matches, but I don't want to buy something that doesn't look right in natural light. After that, she stopped helping me and didn't answer any more questions that I had. I just noticed that she got very angry and annoyed, as if she was mad that she helped me to begin with because she thought she wasted her time. I actually ended up going back the next day to buy the product, but she was not there. Just because I walk out of the store does that mean I'm not going to buy anything, but I shouldn't be pressured to buy something on the spot.
