We order at this location all the time. I ordered how I normally do. I went online to Popeyes and ordered. I got the," your order will be ready soon" message and the text message from my bank of the charge. I asked my 16 year to go get the food. He calls and says they dont have it. I confirmed the address. I then send a screen shot of the order. He then said they need to see the name. I let him know to come get my phone as I can't get my name and the order in one screen shot. The one employee had the phone and saw the order and then let the phone time out so the website refreshed. Then it was still an issue. I went in and showed my text message of the charge from my bank. The employee said she needed to see my actual bank account. I showed her the charge there as well. I had my kid show the screen shot again of the food so they could make out order. Mind you I ordered at 7:50 pm. We did not get our food until 8:45. The employee was dismissive and there was no since of urgency. No apology or anything. When we finally did get our order, we had red beans and rice and not the two order of fries that was in our order. We showed the screen shot again. The employee acted like it was an issue that we wanted what I paid for.then we stated we still needed our cup. She just turned around and another employee had to give us our drink cup. Now if my kid would've just grabbed the paid for cup, it would have been a problem. We just wanted what we paid for and they acted like it was an issue. The place is dirty when she’s there the food isn’t fresh and the service is horrific- she lets the employees like Emerson tell you that you can’t have what you want- and when they cheat you of fries or biscuits they act like it’s your problem- seriously? The last four times she’s been here it’s been so bad that I’ve seen employees with torn pants legs up to the knee and she lets them work- chicken bones on the floor and the smell of grease. I wouldn’t waste the time if I were you. You’ll be lucky if the food isn’t contaminated by the time she gives it to you. The first time we came there was a different manager and the experience was flawless. I don’t recommend coming here unless management changes their priorities. We ordered a 12 biscuit box and Mercedes argued with us about having fresh biscuits even though we were willing to wait for them to be made and were the only people in the store- so guess what? The cashier who helped us was reprimanded for telling us we could have our biscuits fresh and a week later didn’t see him working there anymore. Clearly rude service is the goal at this location. It’s sad to say but you’ll have a better experience at McDonald’s; we called customer service and they hung up on us twice and Mercedes was trying to lie about the store number when we asked her about reporting our experience. Every single time I have gone here the food was decent but there are times where orders get messed up which is fine because employees are human too. However, instead of ordering from Doordash as I usually do I decided to walk there which took about 20-30 mins crossing different streets. Once I arrived, ordered, and went home I noticed that one of my items were missing. I called up the store asking if it's possible if I can come by later to pick up my missing item. First thing I noticed was when the manager at the time picked up the phone there was no greeting or anything, just a "Hello" in what sounds like a very annoyed tone, I shrug it off. I asked my question and the manager asked what the host's name was so I told them that on the receipt the host's name was just a letter for some reason. Second thing, the manager got uppity and asking me what the name was over and over while I kept trying to explain to her that I don't know what to tell her aside from the fact that it's just a letter. Now here's where I got very miffed, the manager simply cut me off mid sentence and said "Okay, you know what, just come by the store and we'll get you your item. Okay? Okay. Thank you. Bye." Very passive aggressive. The attitude of some of the employees but mostly the managers needs to be worked on.
