I cannot say enough about how excellent Gary, Jeff, Tim, and Pete are. I have thus far used AV experts to install in-wall surround speakers, a home network, and to upgrade my Anthem MRX-740 receiver to 8K output, and I plan to work with them on a full smart home project in the near future. Their professionalism, responsiveness, proficiency, and attention to detail are top notch and better than anyone else in the area based on my experience.

Specifically, with respect to the installation of my surround speakers and upgrading of my receiver, Gary's team did what others could not. The AV Experts fixed a botched installation by the Sound Room and finally gave me the system I'd always wanted.

To tell the full story, I spent more than $22k on a home theater installation with the Sound Room in early 2022 that was essentially left as an unfinished project, as the Sound Room sales team/installers told me that in-wall surround speakers could not be run in my home. I'd resigned myself to that conclusion until I reached out to Gary in March of 2024. Within a day, the in-wall speakers were installed perfectly and I finally have full 5.1 surround sound working!

In addition, Gary's team noticed that the prior installers (the Sound Room) had not properly completed the Anthem Room Correction process, meaning I'd essentially been living with subpar sound out of my system for two years. The AV Experts fixed this in record time and I am long last getting the sound quality my system is capable of. I could not be happier with the job.
