Don't waist you $$went to Manchester store At 540 pm picked up a bowl. Decided to take a bite while driving it was extremely dry and the tiny bit of sauce was spicy.Call 21 location to see if I could return it they said have to take back where I bout it for almost $12 after tax. So next day I did manager #2 at store I bought it from. Says she can't refund it next day. General Mang. Has too come back tomorrow.

So I said it gas money and can he call me and I showed her bowl. She agreed dry. So next day was St pat he wasn't there thank god I didn't make my 3rd trip. Next day I talked to manager #3 who told me he'd never had a complant of dry bowl.hqhq hard to beleave. I said I gave your manager #2the bowl and she knows it was dry so why did he argue. My first time at Crazy Bowls & Wraps was most certainly not my last! I ordered a pesto bowl with brown rice, and it was delicious! In my experience, brown rice is usually dry and flavorless, but this rice was moist enough that I could sort of pick it up with a fork, and it was well-seasoned! The pesto flavor wasn’t particularly strong, but the bowl as a whole tasted pretty good! These bowls come with a bag of tortilla chips. They tasted fresh and weren’t very salty, which is how I like them. I saw some friends get the poke bowl, and the tuna on that looked great, so I’ll be back to try that for sure! As for service, there was a kiosk, but the server up front wasn’t particularly inclined to take anyone else’s orders while it was occupied. Everyone was otherwise pretty friendly. Love this place. I’ve gotten many different bowls & wraps (Mediterranean Bowl is my favorite). Food quality is always very good. The two things that can be improved are their grilled chicken has been tough at times and when I order any bowl that contains mixed veggies it usually contains at least one big stalk of broccoli. Please chop up the broccoli into bite size pieces. I’ve migrated to their crunchy chicken which has never been tough. I prefer the grilled chicken. We need to be careful because my son has a severe fish allergy and I always note this in my order and the staff who hands me our order always lets me know they received the note and the staff members that make our meals change their gloves before making them.
