I used to be an employee here, before my negative review is discredited.. I’m not an employee here anymore because I walked out . All of the one star reviews are true, I can attest to that. They misheard my order while at intercom so drive thru manager initiated me to run it by him again. When I got to the window I was surprised by the lightweight of the bag which lead me into the uncomfortable experience of them saying to pull around and go back through the drive through again another time to make expected experience complete by doing the order process over again. I did not feel happy about my experience here because they did not treat me respectfully as a happy patron.
They were not apologetic, or understanding when engaging with me, one of the employees flat out said “Michael we know you are just trying to get free food”. They gaslighted me and banned me from ever going back to this location because they handle customer interaction with me improperly and inadequately treating me like I was wrong. I was trained the customer is always right but they treated me like I was guilty and a liar and wasted my time. Customer service and respect should feel like hostage negotiation and hung trials. Extremely disappointed in you sarwat, this place escalates confrontation in the face of misunderstanding without granting the customer any due respect or benefit of the doubt. I have no reason to go here ever again. I would never subject myself to the experience of this place again.
Greg told me disrespectfully that “Normal people just say here’s my card and then they go”.
So it’s not normal to desire good faith gesture or a token of appreciation by doing the right thing the first time and not making me feel at fault and refusing to take any responsibility for mistakes that you had made in turning my experience source asked allot of me care more about drive through timer than to be humble, non- confrontational and accusatory.
acknowledge that my time as a customer is just as valuable as your timer, how hard is that?
I came for good service and good food left with an unfulfilled promise of the Tacobell I knew replaced with unpleasant disregard for the value of my customer satisfaction.
Don’t run the timer up but it’s okay and number one priority is run my timer up and mishandling customer interaction .
Fake apologies. False consideration and willing to throw customers under a bus on a whim. Heed warning. Go somewhere else’s

Let me start off but saying this location used to be very good but it has went so downhill, I am NOT a person to complain and am very understanding.
Me and my boyfriend ordered Taco Bell for pickup tonight, we live 5 min from this location, when he got home, my steak fries were COLD and not even seasoned plus they only gave me 8 FRIES! My cantina taco was completely burnt we could smell it though the bag and the chicken inside looked stale and old. We did not get forks for anything and the staff is unbelievably unprofessional and rude. I’m pissed because instead of enjoying MY food that I payed with MY money because it’s that bad, I get to write a review so someone higher up can take this seriously! This location is a joke and the root of the problem is the staff, the attitude on some of these people is crazy. Again I’m a VERY understanding person and have never left a review for anyone until now. People shouldn’t have to go to a different location further from home just to avoid this store.
To add on last Saturday me and my boyfriend ordered through the app for delivery, food said it had been picked up and then said it was handed to us. That was absolutely not true so we contacted the store and told us to contact DoorDash, to which we did and they said they sent the refund through Taco Bell so they needed to do it though their end. We went back and forth until we waited till Monday for customer service to open. We called and they said they denied the refund. I spent over $30 there. Absolutely ridiculous that I CANT get MY MONEY back for food I NEVER received!!!
This store has gone downhill and needs to be dealt with!!!! I want to be able to order food without having to worry about missing food, Burnt and old food or disrespectful staff! Read moreThe staff here are amazing, genuine, and relatively speaking as a father with a 5 year old who is specific on her spicy potato soft tacos and a 4 year old who could care less, the staff went above and beyond of going above and beyond (yes I wrote that correctly). 1. Went to the TB east of 141 and Olive, long line in drive thru, delayed, so many people in drive thru were pulling out of the line and leaving. Inside 2-3 waiters, one was door dash and other was customer who was waiting 15 minutes. This happened to me before (only one time though) where I waited approx 25-30 minutes. Any hoo, my 5 year old is hungry so we went looking for another taco bell and we live in Chesterfield went to the TB near 270 and Manchester. Drive thru. Ordered spicy potato soft tacos, pull up to the window. They apologize and inform me they are out of potatoes but will cut fresh ones for us, asked us to wait 15 minutes. We went inside and waited. Mr Vikram and Mr Teja, from my understanding are part of management, and the other employees said "its for his daughter lets take care of them" or something along the lines. Took care of her (and all of us) they did. These were the best potato tacos ever, so much that my 4 year old who as of right now mainly eats 2 types of food, never potatoes, was eating the tacos. They accommodated us in so many ways, we were the only ones in the dining room, my 4 year old and 5 year old got to practice their dance moves to the music playing, and me and my Wife got to enjoy a wholesome family moment and dinner with our kids in total relaxation.
