So I ordered a 8by10 rug online, they shipped me a 7by10 rug. The not so educated manger argued with me, stating a 7by10 is the same as the 8by10 rug, no it is not the same!!! I spent 30 to 40 minutes looking at the 7by10 and 8by10 at the Fenton location, which the 8by10 is about 100 dollars more than the 7by10. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, she literally argued stating they are the exact same size, and there is no difference. After arguing with the not so intelligent manager at the Town and Country location, I called the Fenton location. The Fenton location confirmed they are different, and they shipped the wrong size. It apparently happens often, and they often have issues at the Town and Country store. Clearly I can see why they have issues, you need a brain to manage a store, that particular lady does not!! As I approached the checkout counter in the 4 o'clock hour, I was told that I could not be helped. It should be noted that at the time I was approaching the checkout counter only one customer was in the area and they were being helped by the cashier. The cashier was an African American woman, she was extemely rude and disrespectful and said that she was not going to assist me with my purchase. When I explained the cashier with the receipt I need the full amount back she didn't get it and didn't want to help. She said I'm not understanding and she needs to help other customers and asked me to leave. Good job AtHome. I'm cancelling my credit card today. You've lost my business and I'll spread the word.
