Dropped my ipad for repairs in january, was told it would take a week, then after the week i got a call saying “Apple messed up the service order” so it was going to take longer. fast forward to now, february 25, i finally got it back, but not without struggle. I never received an email or phone call after the call where i was told Apple screwed up. on sunday the 23rd, i was messaging an agent who told me the ipad was still not done and i would be told when it was. I finally received a phone call today saying it was ready, i told them who was picking it up, provided his name and number, and was told he was okay to get it. he got to the location and was told the ipad was STILL not there even after i had gotten the call saying it was. after asking for Matt, he was the only person who knew it was there after every other sales rep said it wasn’t and didn’t exist. this location is absolutely terrible with communication and service orders. I brought in my computer to be fixed and was told "We can't touch anything with a chip in it. So the RAM, CPU, GPU, or motherboard. We can check if the PSU turns on though."
