I recently visited the newly opened Tirupati Indian grocery store in Ballwin, St. Louis during its soft opening and was impressed by several aspects. From pantry staples (rice, lentils, beans, spices) to frozen items, the selection is both comprehensive and there are several choices. Additionally, the selection of fresh vegetables is commendable and well stocked. Another standout feature was the store’s organization. The aisles were neatly arranged, making it easy to navigate through the different sections. There is a back area where they sell in-store made fresh snacks. Nobody wants to buy damaged or heavily handled vegetables, leading to customer dissatisfaction. I request the store to provide pre-packaged alternatives at least or take some action against them. Overall, addressing this issue will help maintain the quality and reputation of the store. I hope they keep the store well organized and have enough staff to handle the volume of shoppers.
