We had our employee Christmas party in the space. It was the best venue we have ever chosen. Renee made sure everything was perfect she takes a walk-through and pre-planning very serious.. We had a delicious meal for around 70. Rolling into a Casino Night with around 5 different games. The bartenders were adequately staffed and friendly.

The best part is how much volume the venue has in a small space. The whole team interaction was better than anything I have ever seen. I feel the lack of distractions with a true private party is the best feature of the venue. There is no option to go to a 2nd bar down the hall or whatever and form a cliche. The backyard is awesome perfect for fresh air, train watching, smoking, and etc... The bottom line is if you want to have a sucessfull party for a group this is the spot.

There is nothing close in Bis-man.

I booked this event space at Signature Events for a bridal shower I hosted last week. Renee was very easy to work with, super responsive, and available to answer all my questions. I was planning this event from a state away and couldn’t physically travel there to preview the space. Renee offered up a FaceTime call right away and took me on a virtual tour of the space. I so appreciated that effort so I could ensure it would work for what I had planned. The venue was spacious, clean, comfortable, had ample tables and chairs, a good size kitchen with work space. Best of all though was working with Renee, she was helpful when it came to suggestions and what not to forget to bring. I highly recommend this super cute space- the atmosphere...

I hired Renee as my wedding planner and she did an amazing job from beginning to end!! She recommended the best vendors for photographers, wedding cake, flowers, venue, etc. She was also the point of contact which really helped with the process.
