If I could give no stars I would! DO NOT SHOP HERE OR SET UP BIRTHDAY PARTIES HERE!!! My sister made an appointment for my niece’s 5th birthday. When we came in, nothing was set up and the associates working had no idea about the party. She told us to put the cupcakes for the party on top of an earring rack… When my sister and brother in law began questioning, one of the associates got a HUGE ATTITUDE and was not helpful at all!! She went into the back and never came back out. And when asked to speak with a manager, no number was available and it was said we wouldn’t get in touch with someone until 4pm (a whole 3 hours later) The other associate was new and had no idea how to give a proper refund. She didnt even know how to use the system and just handed my sister cash when the training associate was hiding in the back. We have some super disappointed little girls that were excited for this special event. We had people showing up for the party before they PCSed (moved) and this was one of the last times the girls would get together. I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of professionalism and DO NOT RECOMMEND...

So ear piercings are $100... No body told use how much it was just rushed paper work and did it. Now here's two problems, I paid for piercings and labor or what was advertised as get piercings and labor was free. A: paid for both, I was ripped off and they didn't do as advertised which I could've got white gold with amethyst gems for $100 and went to a tattoo shop to have them in for $5, this place is a joke. B: I did get what was advertised and I paid $100 for $15 yellow gold dots. At no point was price brought up or told, no where said what the price was, just rushed through and...

I wish I could give this no stars. I went to Claires to get my ears pierced. I would not recommend at all every going somewhere that uses piercing guns. Piercing guns tear through your skin and take longer to heal. They did mine and my holes are not even at all! They did it wrong and now I cant wear earrings because you can tell they are different. Using needles at a professional place is the best option because it hurts less and it is better for your skin. If you plan on getting piercings I recommend going to somewhere where they actually know what...
