I usually find a lot in this store and they do have a great selection but this review is on the staff the day I came into the store which was 5/8. I wanted to return something and the girl who did the return was rude and judgemental. After the return I asked if she could throw away the empty bag she handed back to me and she rudely said she had no trash bag big enough to hold it and told me I need to go out into the mall and find my own trash. Mind you this was the smallest bag they give you at the store. I usually don’t have this type of experience in this store but feel like it needed to be mentioned. I have always had extremely pleasant experiences at this location. The store is always clean and organized. Everyone is polite and friendly when I come in, even when they’re busy. Christy helped me during my last visit and was so incredibly nice. She really makes you feel welcome and genuinely wants to help you/offers good recommendations. I also spoke with her on the phone today with some questions about how they process returns right now with Covid, and she was so sweet and patient answering...
