We hired 3 West Productions for DJ services and live musicians for our ceremony and cocktail hour, and they truly made our wedding unforgettable! First, let’s talk about Jeff—he’s hands-down the best in the industry! Jeff held our dance floor all night long, mixing genres and reading the crowd perfectly to keep the energy up. From his song choices to his seamless transitions, the music was fire all night. It was nearly impossible to leave the dance floor because every song was a vibe! So many of our guests raved about Jeff’s skills, and almost two months later, we’re still getting compliments on how incredible he was. Many guests said he was the best DJ they have ever heard, and I couldn’t agree more.

Jeff genuinely made our wedding unforgettable, and we couldn’t be happier he was available when we booked 3 West! From the moment we met him, we knew he was the perfect fit—he’s such a genuine guy and easy to connect with. He was super helpful in the planning process, offering excellent suggestions for the flow of events at the reception, and we were thrilled to follow his guidance. We even created a unique walkout for the reception as a flip cup game, and he fully embraced the idea, helping us perfect it! Jeff even posted snippets of the flip cup game on his TikTok, and now it has over 1 million views! (I totally recommend this for anyone with a competitive bridal party!)

Jeff was incredibly flexible and helpful, even meeting with me last-minute to finalize details like introductions and song choices. The whole night was flawless, thanks to him—we truly had the time of our lives! Another standout reason Jeff is amazing is that he and his assistant took video clips throughout the day, posting highlights the next day and sending us all the raw footage. This was such a special touch and allowed us to relive our wedding day right away—I’ll cherish those clips forever!

An added perk was that the cost of both DJ services and live musicians was so affordable! It felt like an incredible value for the quality of service, which we greatly appreciated, especially considering how amazing everything turned out.

Our live musicians—an acoustic guitarist and a violinist—were also fantastic. The music at the ceremony and cocktail hour was beautiful, adding an elegant touch to the atmosphere. Although I didn’t get a chance to speak to them personally, their performance was just perfect. We initially considered having a band for the reception but opted for a DJ with live musicians for the ceremony and cocktail hour instead, and it was the best decision!

Matt, the owner, was also fantastic to work with at the beginning. Our consultation call with him was great; he was super responsive and made booking a breeze. All around, our experience with 3 West Productions was incredible. We couldn’t recommend them more—Jeff, the live musicians, and the entire team made our day...

So…How do you try to communicate a review of above total satisfaction, courtesy, professionalism, great communication, options available, value and let’s not forget FUN? Well, we had 3 West Productions for our Son’s Wedding in 2018. I was not personally involved in choosing the entertainment for his Wedding, but at the recommendation of friends they chose 3 West. They worked with the couple and provided a lot of options to make this day just like they wanted it to be. The couple was pretty excited for their Big Day and having 3 West at the reception. It did not take very long to see why this was, everything was perfect and a lot of FUN! When our Daughter planned her Wedding for 2020, there was no negotiation, she wanted 3 West, PERIOD! We all agreed. I must add that I had a special surprise planned for her on this day. My Daughter and I had a special song that we enjoyed singing together since she was an infant. She chose this song for the Daddy/Daughter Dance. I wanted to do something special and sing this song to her along with a video playing of her and I singing this song together through the years. Keep in mind that I had been planning this for 20+ years and this needed to be a secret to EVERYONE. I called Matt at 3 West, explained what I wanted to do and he got excited about this. He helped me accomplish this, every detail. He actually edited the videos, putting them together in a montage and made revisions as suggested. It was so special to do this and to have his suggestions, support and experience for this as I could not do this myself. I just had to do this, it was a once in a lifetime opportunity. Everyone was able to keep this a secret and it went as planned and brought tears to nearly everyone’s eyes. The help and flexibility offered was invaluable. When this was over and it was time to hang out, I overheard some people mention that they were going to be on the dance floor all night long, and a lot of us were. I would also like to add that when 3 West was setting up their equipment before all of this, they took the time to stop what they were doing and talk about concerns and changes that needed to happen that day. We were recommended to 3West Productions from our photographer and scheduled an initial call with Matt. Matt really took the time to explain their process and their style and made sure it aligned with what we were looking for. We had seen some of Jeff's work on Instagram and requested him and luckily for us, he was available on our wedding date!

In the planning process, 3West was super helpful and informative. Their portal helped us keep track of everything including payments, music decisions we had made (and even songs that we absolutely did not want played during the wedding). About a month before the wedding, we had a call with Jeff where we went through the whole schedule of the day and our song selections. There were some areas where we could customize music that we hadn't thought about and Jeff helped us pick some awesome songs and made recommendations for us.

To say that our experience working with Jeff was amazing is honestly an understatement. On the day of our wedding, he offered to help with ceremony sound systems and the microphone for our officiant. He and Phil, who was working with him, arrived early and made sure everything was set up the way we had dreamed. Jeff really listened to what we liked and didn't like and the music throughout dinner and the reception was spot on. The dance floor was full all night and all of our guests kept asking us if we could turn our wedding music into a playlist that we could share because they loved the music so much.

On top of the music, throughout the day and night, Jeff captured these amazing videos and photos that he shared on Instagram and they have become some of our most treasured memories of the day. We didn't hire a videographer, thinking that we wouldn't need videos, but are so grateful that we have these videos from Jeff to look back on. His level of attention and support is way above and beyond what we would ever have expected from a vendor on our wedding and we were blown away.
